You want to travel through Southern Africa in your very own car which is still very new but you budget is not that high to afford a group B with it’s higher write down? You have problems with driving old cars? Then a group A3 car is your car.

This car group is ideally suited to travel through Southern Africa visiting countries like Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Lesotho and Swaziland. If you choose to travel outside the borders of South Africa then the write-down is slightly more due to the extra wear and tear that the car will receive and the insurance also increases slightly as other countries are involved. The write-down is slightly more that the group A2 but well worth sitting behind the wheel of a very new car where not much wear and tear has taken place. But do remember this group still comes with NO Power steering and NO aircon. If you need Power steering and or an aircon you need to choose the group B which are slightly larger sedan cars which have these features as standard.
