This package is for bonafide international travelers only unless hiring car in Cape Town
Under 21 car hire package, drivers licence not two years yet, South African citizens we can only help you in Cape Town if you are looking cheap car hire Cape Town.

Requirements are as follows:
• Be in possession of a foreign (non South African) Passport!
• Have had a valid unendorsed drivers licence for at least 2 full years.
• For Cape Town car hire only need licence and can be South African.
• All drivers need to be stipulated at the start of rent.

• Windscreen & Tyre rim and hubcaps damage (within South Africa
only)

Rates Exclude:
• Refundable fuel and security deposit ZAR1000.-
• One way drop-off charges: between ZAR500.- and ZAR1000.- between Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Durban, Johannesburg. Windhoek to South Africa ZAR3000.- others to be requested
• Accident administration fee ZAR400.- per incident
• Traffic Fine administration fee ZAR250.- per incident
• Negligence, abuse, water & undercarriage damage to vehicles
• WINDSCREEN, tyre, rim and hubcaps damage outside South Africa
Please note:
• Vehicles are allowed in and out of Namibia, South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Swaziland, Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe (northern part only Huwange National Park, Vic Falls and Kariba allowed) unless otherwise stated.
